Terms and Conditions

1. All content appearing on this website belongs to Munchy Munchkins and may not be reproduced without written permission.

2. Order cut-off is 11:59pm on the evening prior to pick up / delivery. We deliver each week on a Wednesday which is selected at website checkout. Pick up days are currently Monday’s and every second Wednesday. 

3. Orders can be cancelled 12 hours prior to delivery / pick up date. Orders cannot be cancelled on the same day as delivery / pick up. If you need to cancel your order please email us at hello@munchymunchkins.com.au prior to your delivery / pick up day. 

4. We do not accept refunds on change of mind with products. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order please email us at hello@munchymunchkins.com.au so that we can help you. 

5. Organic and local produce is always used as a first preference, however, from time to time particular items are unavailable. If this is the case we will source high-quality Australian produce to substitute.

6. Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your data with a third party without your permission. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
