Terms and Conditions

1. All content appearing on this website belongs to Munchy Munchkins and may not be reproduced without written permission.

2. Order cut-off is 11:59pm on the evening prior to pick up / delivery. We deliver each week on a Wednesday which is selected at website checkout. Pick up days are currently Monday’s and every second Wednesday. 

3. Orders can be cancelled 12 hours prior to delivery / pick up date. Orders cannot be cancelled on the same day as delivery / pick up. If you need to cancel your order please email us at [email protected] prior to your delivery / pick up day. 

4. We do not accept refunds on change of mind with products. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order please email us at [email protected] so that we can help you. 

5. Organic and local produce is always used as a first preference, however, from time to time particular items are unavailable. If this is the case we will source high-quality Australian produce to substitute.

6. Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your data with a third party without your permission. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
